AboutDesigning & Implementing Governance
We put in place governance mechanisms such as steering committees and working groups and then deploy them as part of project implement-ation, including reporting and record-keeping. We develop KPI and performance frameworks and the operational plans to support them, and analyse KPIs and performance data.

- KPI frameworks provide for improved results across all areas of functioning (customer, operations, financial, environmental etc.) in turn enhancing morale and cohesion
